I am not sure if the Police in the film use a mix of standard and Heavy-barrelled Smith & Wesson Model 10s or if they are all Heavy-Barrel models. The angle and lighting of some shots makes it difficult to determine. -Anonymous

Six shooters vs 15 mag pistols

During the shootout right after Wong's death how come the detectives weren't outgunned by the triads? They were only using six shooters while the triads were using 15 mag pistols. I always thought the triads would have the advantage.

Due to the rarity of guns in Hong Kong it would probably have been suspicious if the triads had practiced shooting very often, so even though they were better armed, the detectives were probably better shots. -Anonymous

P.S. Taurus PT92s have 17 round magazines
