Not HK417
That picture is too dark and at an extreme angle to tell what it is, but that definitely isn't an HK417. The RIS is based off of a solid round tube with rails attached as opposed to the HK417 rail system which has a more "complicated" shape, with the top rail being raised higher than the rest to accommodate the piston. --commando552 16:58, 30 April 2012 (CDT)
