Simon & Simon

Simon & Simon (1981-1989)

Simon & Simon was a television crime series that aired on CBS from 1981-1989 and starred Gerald McRaney and Jameson Parker as brothers who run a private investigation agency in San Diego. The series benefited greatly by airing immediately after the similarly themed series Magnum P.I., where the brothers appeared in several crossover episodes.

In Season 2's "Emeralds Are Not a Girl's Best Friend", A.J. finds a Jennings Pistol in the purse of Catherine (Morgan Fairchild).

M16 (SP1)

The M16 is seen used by Rick when he was disguised as an Army officer in Season 2's "Emeralds Are Not a Girl's Best Friend."

The original M16, the first version, firing in a 20-round magazine, adopted in large numbers by the U.S. Army in Vietnam. It would later be replaced by the upgraded M16A1 - 5.56x45mm

Uzi

The rebel leader Henry (Joe Mantegna) is carrying the Uzi in Season 2's "Emeralds Are Not a Girl's Best Friend."
