A Glock 17 was seen with Ministry of Foreign Affair Suppressing Action Department agent Teppei Sugo before handing it to PSB Inspector Kei Mikhail Ignatov in "Ziggurat Capture, Part 1". It's briefly used by Enforcer Kazumachi Irie from "Ziggurat Capture, Part 2".

AK-Alfa
The AK-Alfa is used by Vixen as her primary weapon in the movie trilogy. It's also used as the weapon for autoturrets at New Tokyo International Airport and at a building facing NONA Tower.

Shotguns
Dominator Shotgun
A Dominator-type shotgun prototype is used by Enforcer Tenma Todorok in "Ziggurat Capture, Part 2" when he uses it to take out several HL cultists non-lethally with multiple shots. The problem is that it's hampered by the cooldown time needed to recharge for a few more shots. Long term uses require the change of batteries or finding a docking station.

The Gepard GM6 Lynx is used in "Ziggurat Capture, Part 1" by SAD agent Nobuchika Ginoza to take out a machine gun-type drone at NTIA.
