The following weapons were used in the third season of the television series Prison Break:
In "Call Waiting" (S3E03), a Company member puts a 92FS to Sara's head while she is talking to Michael on the phone. In "Vamonos" (S3E07), Colonel Escamilla (Carlos Compean) shoots Papo with a Beretta 92FS.
Several guards at Sona are seen with Glock 17 pistol when they are transferring the bodies of the dead inmates in "Orientación" (S3E01). One of Gretchen's goons holds a Glock 17 to L.J.'s head in "Vamonos" (S3E07). In "Boxed In" (S3E09), General Zavala (Castulo Guerra) pulls out a Glock 17 when he is interrogation Gretchen.
In "Orientación" (S3E01), a quick flashback shows FBI Agent Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner) with his Glock 19. The footage is from the second season. Gretchen Morgan (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) uses a suppressed G19 to kill the grave digger at Sona in "Good Fences" (S3E04). In "Interference" (S3E05), a Captain Hurtado (Alex Fernandez) puts a Glock 19 to Michael's head. Gretchen uses a Glock 19 in "Hell or High Water" (S3E12) and "The Art of the Deal" (S3E13).
Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) carries an M1911A1 pistol as his sidearm for most of Season 3. First seen with it in "Photo Finish" (S3E06), when he is following Cpt. Hurtado and Sofia in the woods. In "Vamonos" (S3E07), Link shoots Gretchen's driver with his M1911A1, then puts it to Gretchen's head. In "Bang and Burn" (S3E08), Lincoln and Sucre record the sound of firing the M1911A1 in the woods. During the safe house shootout, Lincoln returns fire with his M1911A1 pistol. Michael (Wentworth Miller) is seen with Link's M1911A1 in "The Art of the Deal" (S3E13).
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Fernando Sucre (Amaury Nolasco) buys a Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolver in "Fire/Water" (S3E02). He uses it to get info from Bellick (Wade Williams). In the next episode, "Call Waiting" (S3E03), Sucre sells the revolver.
Smith & Wesson Model 60
One of the Sona guards is seen with a Mossberg 500AT shotgun in "Hell or High Water" (S3E12).
One of Gretchen's thugs uses a Daewoo MAX-1 (civilian version of the K1A carbine) during the safe house shootout in "Hell or High Water" (S3E12).
The helicopter gunner uses an M4A1 with ACOG and brass catcher in "Bang and Burn" (S3E08), when the Company tries to break out Whistler from Sona.
Guards at Sona are usually carrying M16A2 rifles. Policemen are seen with M16A2 rifles in "Interference" (S3E05), when they stop Link and Sofia.
Snipers at Sona are armed with M16A4 rifles fitted with RIS handguards and scopes. A good view of an M16A4 is shown in "Good Fences" (S3E04). Another M16A4 is seen in "Interference" (S3E05), when Michael is scouting the snipers with binoculars. Captain Hurtado (Alex Fernandez) carries one on his back in "Photo Finish" (S3E06).
An M60 machine gun is seen mounted on a technical used by Sona guards in multiple episodes.
A sniper at Sona holds a Remington 700PSS in "Interference" (S3E05).
