Banlieue 13 - Ultimatum
District 13: Ultimatum (Banlieue 13 Ultimatum) is the sequel to the 2006 French action film District B13. Stars Cyril Raffaelli and David Belle return as Captain Damien Tomaso and Leïto, respectively. The distributors of the film were able to correct the error in the American release title of the first film, where the "B" in "B13" stood for "Banlieue," or "District", which meant the title translated to District District 13. Filming was done in both Paris and Belgrade.

Romanian FPK/PSL sniper rifle - 7.62x54mm R. Compare to the SVD Dragunov; note longer exposed part of the gas piston, straight safety lever, "X" shaped stamping on the magazine, and magazine located immediately in front of the trigger guard rather than some distance ahead.
The gas piston would indicate that this is a PSL and not a SVD.
