Season 1 of Colony follows Will Bowman (Josh Holloway), who after being separated from his son by walls built around Los Angeles by aliens for some time, decides to illegally travel through the wall to find his son, only to get caught in a terrorist attack. He is then forced to work for the oppressive military to stop the resistance in exchange for being able to find his son, however not knowing his own wife Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) is working directly for the resistance.

Pistols

Glock 19

Justin hands Katie a Glock pistol which appears to be a Glock 19 2nd Generation.

Glock 26

Katie Bowman (Sarah Wayne Callies) pulls out a Glock 26 in "Pilot" (S1E01). She has a duel tone Glock 26 in "Yoknapatawpha" (S1E06). Will also uses the 26 to kill Quayle and two other guards.

Beretta M9A1

Will Bowman uses the Beretta M9A1 while working for Homeland Security. When he first joins Homeland Security and acquires this weapon, his partner Beau (Carl Weathers) immediately identifies the pistol by name as an "M9" and stipulates that Bowman must be a veteran.

SIG-Sauer P226R

The SIG-Sauer P226R is the standard sidearm for the soldiers known as "Redhats". The rebels are sometimes seen with this gun as well, likely stolen from the soldiers. Most of the P226Rs in this season appear to be airsoft pistols, as they turn into original (non-rail) P226s whenever fired or seen in close-up.

Will and Beau inspect the gun in "Broussard" (S1E07). Beau specifically identifies the pistol as a "SIG P-Two-Twenty-Six" and notes that it is standard issues for the Redhats.

Broussard (Tory Kittles) is briefly seen using an original SIG-Sauer P226 in "Yoknapatawpha" (S1E06). All of the firing P226s in this season are original German-made non-rail P226s, while the non-firing weapons are mostly airsoft pistols.

Beau is seen armed with an M1911A1 as his sidearm.

Broussard (Tory Kittles) carries Heckler & Koch HK45C fitted with a suppressor, which he teaches Katie to fire in "Zero Day" (S1E09).

Colt M16A2

A Colt M16A2 is seen in the pile of firearms in the rebel hideout. This weapon actually appears to be an airsoft replica of some sort.

The M16 can be seen on the right. There may be more than one but those cannot be properly identified due to interference in "98 Seconds" (S1E03).

M4A1 Carbine

Operatives guarding Los Angeles known as the "Redhats" are seen with the M4A1 Carbine throughout the series. The M4s used by the Redhats are mostly fitted with EOTech holographic sights, AN/PEQ-15 laser aiming modules, and tactical flashlights.

The Heckler & Koch G36C is one of many guns found in the rebel hideout.
