CIA Agent Russel Franklin (William Ragsdale) uses it in a confrontation near the end of "Swift Hardhearted Stone" (S01E20). A full-size SIG-Sauer P320 is seen carried by Weller, using it as his main sidearm in "In the Comet of Us" (S01E19), replacing his P226. This is one of the earliest appearances of the firearm in the television series or film.

A Russian Petrovich mafiya enforcer fires one in a shootout near the end of "Cede the Law" (S01E06). Weller and Jane seize them from Rick Dotcom's bodyguards near the end of "Authentic Flirt" (S01E09). A gold plated version is used by Shohid Ahktar (Ajay Naidu) in "One Begets Technique" (S01E18). FBI AD Mayfair uses one from the FBI New York building's evidence room in "Of Whose Uneasy Route" (S01E21).

Travis Robek (Adam David Thompson) and Omar Moore (Ohene Cornelius) use MP5A3s during a robbery in "Eight Slim Grins" (S01E03). Later in the same episode Omar uses one until Jane takes it from him and uses it until the end. Hired gunmen working for CIA agent Franklin use them in "Swift Hardhearted Stone" (S01E20). FBI SWAT/HRT agents are seen using them as well.

Ithaca 37 "Stakeout"

An Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" shotgun was used by a Dabbur Zann terrorist in a rescue mission on a CIA black site in "Split the Law" (S01E05).

A Remington 870 in a MCS configuration was used briefly by Casey Robek at the start of "Eight Slim Grims" (S01E03) during a jewel store robbery.

They are seen in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07) with Draclyn anti-government militiamen and with the town sheriff in wood and synthetic furniture. One with an extended mag tube is used by Senator Patrick Lyman (David Alan Basche) in "Mans Telepathic Loyal Lookouts" (S01E17).

A few Remington 700s are used by Draclyn militiamen throughout "Sent on Tour" (S01E07). Cade uses it to assassinate the handsome man in flashbacks as well as to assassinate Jane in "Older Cutthroat Canyon" (S01E15).

A M26 hand grenade was used by a Petrovich mafiya enforcer, but not detonated in "Cede your Soul" (S01E06) before it was later used to destroy a fleeing truck used by the group.
