Smith & Wesson 5906

Undercover sheriff's deputy Travis Stone (Logan Marshall-Green) carries a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his handgun. In some scenes, it changes to a version with a bobbed hammer.

Smith & Wesson 5906 - 9x19mm
Stone draws his handgun very quickly during a confrontation in a bar in "Gettin' Right to it" (S2E04). Note that the safety is on.
Stone with his 5906 in "Mother Nurture" (S2E05). Not seen here, but he's shaking the whole time, this is probably due to his stance, a thing he might've learned at the TV Cool Guy Cop School of Pointing Guns at People.
Stone with a 5906 in "Heart-shaped Charm" (S2E06).
Dietrich (David Meunier) steals Stone's pistol after knocking him out in "Heart-shaped Charm" (S2E06).
The gun being pointed at T-Lock's face in "Little Boxes" (S2E07). This time the gun has a bobbed hammer.
A few minutes later in "The End Has No End" (S2E08), the gun has re-grown its hammer, what a weird phenomenon.

Commander-size M1911

Cassie (Kylie Bunbury) snatches a commander size custom 1911 out of a thug's pants (he was Mexican carrying, bad choice) in "Mother Nature" (S2E05) and points it at him and Dietrich when she and Jenny are assaulted outside of a bar. The gun has vertical rear serrations, Novak's sights, an extended beavertail, ring hammer, stainless barrel and an extended thumb safety.

Colt Combat Commander - .45 ACP
Cassie points the 1911 at his owner in "Mother Nature" (S2E05).
Same thing, but this time the left side of the pistol is visible. Note that the hammer is uncocked, which means that Cassie isn't being as intimidating as she thinks she is in.
In "Heart-shaped Charm" (S2E06), the hammer is now cocked.

Kimber Ultra Raptor II - .45 ACP

Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX

A henchman accompanying Jag Bhullar (Vinny Chhibber) uses a stainless Desert Eagle Mark XIX in .50 AE with a matching suppressor in "Trust Issues" (S2E09). When Ren takes the gun from his dead body in "The Muffin or The Hammer" (S2E15), it turns into an older model and is no longer suppressed.

The henchman enters the karate dojo with his suppressed hand cannon in hand in "Trust Issues" (S2E09).
A better view of the pistol in "Trust Issues" (S2E09) shows that the suppressor is a chrome-painted KAC NT4, which is incompatible with .50 AE. It also appears to be slightly drooping downwards.

A DMR version of the SIG-Sauer SIG556 is used by Donno (Ryan O'Nan) to open fire on Cassie and Jenny in "Gettin' Right to It" (S2E04) and "Mother Nurture" (S2E05). As per movie and TV magic, his 5.56mm rounds can't even get through the door of a Ford truck, where Jenny and Cassie are taking cover.
