The Margolin MCM (also spelled or MTsM) ("Margolina tselevoy" - "target pistol by Margolin", or "Model TsKIB" - "model of Central Design Bureau") is a target pistol, designed by the blind armorer Mikhail Margolin in the 1940s. It is produced by Izhmekh since 1948 in several variants: MC-1, MCM ("M" for "modernizirovanniy" - modernized), MCU ("U" for "umenshennoy moshnosty" - reduced power; 25 metre rapid fire pistol in .22 Short). Baikal MCM is the modern commercial name for this pistol.

Three more models based on MC were designed in the 1990s: MCM-K "Margo" ("K" for "korotkiy" - short) in .22 LR, "Drel" ("Drill") in 5.45х18 PSM and MP-449 in .25 ACP.
