Ava is a 2020 American action thriller film directed by Tate Taylor and produced by Chastain's production company, Freckle Films. The film stars big names such Jessica Chastain, John Malkovich, Common, Geena Davis, and Colin Farrell. Ava (Jessica Chastain) is a former US Army soldier that becomes a deadly international assassin following her discharge. When her black ops organization questions her loyalty, she finds herself pursued, all while battling alcoholism.
