Wolfenstein: The New Order (2014) is a first-person shooter about the story of BJ Blazkowicz, about his unsuccessful attempt to kill General Zetta from Wolfenstein in 1946 during World War II (which hadn't ended yet, in the game's chronology) and successful - in 1960, when Nazi Powers somehow win the war and the Third Reich expands to include the entire world and even the Moon.

Handguns

Luger P08

Called "Handgun 1946", it appears in 1946 as a standard weapon of the Nazi powers. It can be dual-wielded and suppressed. Also BJ can use it in 1960 in his nightmare, as well as being the weapon of Frau Engel - one of the antagonists of the game. The in-game version incorrectly holds 10 cartridges in the magazine, contrary to the real Luger, which has 8.

During the "Aryan test" from Frau Engel William has to select the disgusting picture. He also can take Engel`s Luger with its full magazine, but then he fails.

Shotguns

Double barreled shotgun

William can use a double-barreled shotgun. It holds 2 cartridges and can be dual-wielded.

Submachine guns

Thompson M1928A1

William uses this weapon, resembling a futuristic version of the 'Tommy gun', yet referred to simply as the "SMG", in 1946.
