Trapped is a 2002 thriller starring Charlize Theron and Kevin Bacon about a couple whose daughter is kidnapped for money and how they interact with the two kidnappers. The film also stars Dakota Fanning, Pruitt Taylor Vince,(Stuart Townsend), and (Courtney Love).

This weapon is used by Joe Hickey (Kevin Bacon) throughout the film after he takes it from Karen Jennings who gets it from her closet near the beginning. Karen Jennings (Charlize Theron) gets ahold of it after she cuts Joe, she locks herself in the closet and tells him not to come in or she will shoot. Joe convinces her to give the revolver back to him. Near the end of the film, Joe uses the gun to shoot Karen's husband Will in the leg.
Beretta Cheetah
Joe Hickey's wife Cheryl Hickey (Courtney Love) holds Will Jennings hostage with a suppressed Beretta Cheetah, which he later takes from her. He uses it to force her to tell him where is his daughter. He later tries to use it to shoot Joe Hickey but he drops it after Joe shoots him in the leg, then Karen Jennings picks it up.
