From director Ridley Scott, Thelma & Louise is a 1991 film about a two women who embark on an innocent road trip only to find themselves being chased throughout the Southwestern United States by the law after they go on a crime spree.

Smith & Wesson Model 60

The S&W 60 is the main firearm seen in the film used by both Thelma (Geena Davis) & Louise (Susan Sarandon). Louise first uses it to shoot a wouldbe rapist and Thelma later uses it to shoot the tanker truck.

The M1911A1 fitted with custom grips is the sidearm of the State Trooper (Jason Beghe), who gets it taken away by Louise. Louise uses it to shoot at the sexist truck driver, and then to destroy his oil tanker.
