WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Handguns
Walther P99
Ma Ho-tin (Sean Lau), the leader of a unit from the Hong Kong Police Narcotics Bureau, confiscates a Walther P99 with a stainless steel slide (an unlikely choice for Thai policemen) from a corrupt Thai cop, and uses it as his sidearm in Bangkok.
SIG-Sauer P250 Compact
The SIG-Sauer P250 Compact is used by HKPF Narcotics Bureau (NB) officers throughout the film as their primary firearm.
Heckler & Koch P30
Cheung Tsz-wai (Nick Cheung) confiscates a Heckler & Koch P30 from a Thai cop (again, an unlikely choice for Thai policemen) and uses it during the standoff against the Big Boss's mercenaries.
Type 64 Pistol
In the opening scene, Kanit (Xing Yu) fires a Type 64 pistol, wounding the breacher before being shot dead by Cheung Tsz-wai (Nick Cheung) and other officers.
Type 77 Pistol
When Kanit fires his pistol, the weapon turns into a Type 77 pistol. Cheung later hands Ma and So Type 77 pistols when confronting Big Boss's henchmen.
Beretta 92FS
Wong Shun-yik (Berg Ng) uses a Beretta 92FS in Thailand, as do the Big Boss's mercenaries and henchmen. Some of the pistols are non-firing props.
Taurus PT92AF
Gang leader Dune Kun (Marc Ma) and his henchmen use Taurus PT92 pistols. The Big Boss's mercenaries also use Taurus PT92s when they arrive in Hong Kong. Ma Ho-tin (Sean Lau) dual-wields PT92AFs during the finale.
Glock 17
So Kin-chow and Cheung Tsz-wai use Glock 17 pistols during the finale.
Taurus Model 85
Ma Ho-tin uses a Taurus Model 85 revolver while apprehending Dune Kun.
Umarex GPDA
Bobby (Ken Lo) fires a Umarex GPDA during the shootout in Bangkok.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Thai SWAT officers wield Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns.
Shotguns

A HKPF officer uses a Remington 870 with a SureFire forend to breach a door during a raid.
Rifles
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is used by multiple characters, including the Big Boss (aka Eight-faced Buddha) (Hoi-Pang Lo) and most of his men. Tokyo Marui M4 "S-System" airsoft rifles are used during non-firing scenes.
AR-15 Carbine
The Big Boss's mercenaries use short-barreled AR-15 carbines with various attachments in Thailand. Wong Shun-yik uses one of the carbines during a shootout. The weapons all appear to be airsoft since the muzzle flashes are CG-generated.
XM16E1
Cheung uses an XM16E1 rifle during a drug deal gone wrong.
AK-47
Dune Kun and his henchmen use Polytech Legend AK-47 rifles while hijacking a drug shipment.
Type 56 Assault Rifle
