Colt Commando

The Colt Commando is used by FBI agents that apprehend the suspect in Season 2's "In the Shadow of Two Gunmen, Part II" (S2E02).

GAU-5/A aka Colt Model 610 - 5.56x45mm. This is the USAF version and was only used by them. This is NOT the E1 version, which was used almost exclusively by the Army.
An FBI agent is armed with the rifle during the apprehending of the suspect in Season 2's "In the Shadow of Two Gunmen, Part II" (S2E02).

Remington 700PSS

A Remington 700PSS is fired by a Secret Service countersniper in the Season 1 finale "What Kind of Day Has It Been" (S1E22). White House Communications Director C.J. Cregg (Allison Janney) mentions in a later episode that the rifle was custom made designated a "JAR" (Just Another Rifle), but the one seen here appears to be the 700PSS.
