The following weapons were seen in The Matrix Revolutions used by the following actors:
Beretta 92
One of the guards at the parking garage entrance to the Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) Club packs a heavily customized two tone Beretta M92F.

Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) turns the guard's heavily customized Beretta 92 back on the guard, killing him with it.

Heckler & Koch MP5K
Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) uses a pair of Heckler & Koch MP5Ks with the front handgrips removed exposing the barrels therefore making them more like 'machine pistols'.
