The Matrix Reloaded (2003)

The Matrix Reloaded is the 2003 sequel to 1999's The Matrix. Returning as directors were the Wachowski Brothers, who made this film back to back with The Matrix Revolutions.

The following weapons were used in the film The Matrix Reloaded:

IMI Micro Uzi

Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) opens the film by diving out of a high-rise office building's window while wielding two IMI Micro Uzis, firing them at a pursuing Agent. She also closes the movie when the dream Neo (Keanu Reeves) has comes true.

Trinity fires a pair of IMI Micro Uzis while falling from a window at the start of the film.

Trinity is hit by one of the Agent's rounds before Neo (Keanu Reeves) wakes up and realizes it is all a dream. For now.

Beretta 92FS Compact

Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) carries a pair of Beretta 92FS Compact pistols as her sidearms in the film. She draws one and aims at Persephone (Monica Bellucci) when she desires to kiss Neo (Keanu Reeves). She later pulls one of them and fires it into one Twin's arm when he blocks open a door leading to a parking garage.

The screen used Beretta 92FS Compact rubber props used for stunt work in the film.

Trinity points her Beretta 92FS Compact at Peresphone when she asks Neo to kiss her.

Trinity fires one of her Beretta 92FS Compact pistols into one of the Twin's arms when he tries to block the door open to the parking garage.

IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX

As per the norm in the Matrix series, the Agents in the film can be seen wielding IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX pistols in .50 AE. Smith (Hugo Weaving) uses them to terrifying effect when a group of his clones, all carrying identical Desert Eagles, volley fire them at the protagonists as they're trying to flee, fatally wounding the Keymaker (Randall Duk Kim) with multiple hits to the torso. Unlike the first film, the Desert Eagles in this film have a polished finish instead of the original Matte black.

IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX .50 AE.

Agent Jackson (David Kilde) fires his IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX at Trinity at the start if the film. Note the unfeasibly large muzzle flare, which looks more like a scaled-down fireball.

Agent Thompson (Matt McColm) fires his Desert Eagle at Trinity and Morpheus during the highway chase. Note polished black finish.

Thompson reloads his Desert Eagle, a rare sight in the Matrix films.

Morpheus tries to kill Agent Johnson with his own Desert Eagle but has it kicked away.

A cluster of Agent Smiths fire their Desert Eagles in a volley.

Heckler & Koch UMP-45

During the freeway chase scene, one of the Twins opens fire on the protagonists with a Heckler & Koch UMP-45 fitted with a C-More red dot sight and an almost bottomless magazine. Showing no concern for innocents caught in the crossfire, he opens fire on a luckless Chevy Tahoe SUV that winds up between him and his target, causing it to flip and trigger a spectacular chain-reaction pileup.

It appears the gun is fitted with an M203-style forend.

Glock 18C

Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) uses a Glock 18C in the confrontation with the Twins in the parking garage, then in the following freeway chase scene, where he uses it to destroy the Twins' Cadillac Escalade after using a katana to help flip the vehicle. Morpheus's Glock 18C is fitted with a 19-round magazine during the scene in the parking garage, then reloaded with a 33-round extended magazine during the freeway chase.

Morpheus loads a 33-round magazine into his Glock 18C as they head for the highway.

Morpheus drops his Glock 18C while fighting with one of the Twins in the car. Note how the magazine is empty, as evident by the lack of brass seen through the viewing ports.

An excellent shot of the Glock 18C, proving it is not a converted Glock 17 like in many films by showing the selector switch on the slide (set to semi-auto fire) and the fact the slide says "18C" on the slide. This fact is also noted by armourer Rock Gallotti in the DVD extra material.

Morpheus fires his Glock 18C at Agent Johnson, who dodges the rounds. This seems like a more appropriate time to fire it in full auto, but for some reason he doesn't. This is possibly because with his other hand restrained he could not reach the fire selector.

Morpheus destroys the Twins' Cadillac Escalade with a long burst from his Glock 18C. Note blank shells ejecting.

Walther P99

While making their way through the hallway of doors, the protagonists have an unexpected encounter with Agent Smith (Hugo Weaving). When he tells them that he "wants everything", Morpheus pulls out a Walther P99 and holds it to his head, asking if "everything" included a bullet from the gun. Before Morpheus can fire, a swarm of Smith clones burst in and overpower them.

Bane (Ian Bliss) briefly tries to draw a Walther P99 on Agent Smith before being coded over by him.

Smith: "...I want everything." Morpheus: "Would that include a bullet from this gun?"

Morpheus is crowded by Agent Smiths. The gun appears to be a rubber prop as noted by the trigger attached to the trigger guard. Since the gun is thrown away seconds later, it is safe to assume.

COP 357 Derringer

After agreeing to help the protagonists, Persephone (Monica Bellucci) kills one of her husband's henchmen and threatens another with a COP 357 Derringer with pearl grips, loaded with silver bullets.

"How many people keep silver bullets in their gun?" Persephone takes her COP 357 Derringer out of her purse.

Stevens 67 (Sawed-off)

During the meeting where the machines' plan to attack Zion is revealed, one of the Zion rebels guarding the door is seen carrying a nickel Stevens 67 shotgun with a sawed-off barrel, black pistol grip and foregrip.

Savage/Springfield Model 67, a license built version of the Stevens 67 riot configuration - 12 gauge. The Model 67 is distinctive in that it is one of the only shotguns where the ejection port actually opens up on the side AND the top of the receiver.

SIG-Sauer P229 Sport

Ghost (Anthony Brandon Wong) packs a stainless steel SIG-Sauer P229 Sport. He is briefly seen loading it just before the car he and Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith) are in is rear-ended by a semi truck whose driver has changed into an Agent.

One of The Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) henchmen fires a Colt RO935 9mm SMG at Neo (Keanu Reeves), but Neo stops the rounds in mid-air.
