Wargame: Red Dragon is the third instalment in the Wargame Franchise.

Assault Rifles

Assault Rifles can be found in the hands of every nation in Wargame: Red Dragon. They are the infantries main weapon for fighting other infantry and are only used within 600-500 meters as most armies are trained to engage at these distances. This fact often limits the role of Infantry when compared to most tanks in the game that shoot over 2 kilometers.

Colt M16A1

American, British SAS and South Korean Armies can be seen with Colt M16A1s.

US "90s" era soldiers armed with anarchistic M16A1s,by the 90s the M16A1s were replaced from front line service by the M16A2.

AKM

The AKM makes an appearance but not in the hands of Russian soldiers, but in the hands of US Navy Seals.

AS Val

AK-47

The AK-47 is seen arming anarchisticly the Soviet forces, when the game takes place after the AK-47 was replaced by AK-74s. Interestingly even though the Soviet soldiers are armed with AK-47s, their stats and labeling is for a AK-74.

QBZ-56-I

The QBZ-56-I can be found equipped to a majority of the Chinese infantry and some North Korean Infantry.

The L85A1 can be seen used among almost all British soldier after 1985.

The FAMAS F1 makes an appearance as the "FAMAS," arming the majority of French infantry.

kbk AKM

The East German kbk AKM makes an appearance arming the majority of East German forces.

The unique G11 makes an appearance arming the West-German "90s" infantry. This is possible as the West-German army was planning to adopt the G11 but because of the fall of the Berlin Wall they changed their priorities. As the game takes place in fictional scenarios with out a fall of the Berlin Wall.

The PKT can be found among various Eastern Block vehicles but most of the time it can not be used. Even though most is not all Eastern Block tanks were equipped with PKTs, they are not usable on the majority of the Vehicles.
