Unidentified SMG
The more I look at this screenshot, the more I come to the conclusion that it's not a submachine gun. The magazine seems not to belong to this weapon, and without taking the magazine into account the gun resembles (a strange, but maybe the right idea) Federal Gas Riot Gun. Compare the buttstock and grip:

Revolver
