SIG P225 disassembly
I actually have the pleasure of owning a superb SIG-Sauer P-225 (actually a former German police service P6) and I can tell you that is not the way it is disassembled. To disassemble a P-225/P6, who first retract the slide fully to the rear and secure it there with the slide step catch and then turn a lever which precipitates the removal of the slide and, subsequently, the barrel and recoil spring.
