M4A1 Block II
This isn't an M4A1 Block II (M4A1 + DD RIS II FSP rail). The Daniel Defense RIS II variant handguards attaches to the receiver with the DD "bolt-up" system, whereas the handguard on that rifle attaches via delta ring.
