- To secure the site. It is safer to set the page without special characters. Once the entire database crashed. Pages with special characters have been removed.--Emto (talk) 23:24, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- I remember there being an issue with accents/etc in the past year or two. But I also remember that issue was apparently solved, with most of those pages having since gone back to properly having special characters. :P Alex T Snow (talk) 23:42, 8 May 2024 (UTC)

- For what it's worth, now that the issue with special characters in page titles has been resolved (as it has been for a while), I think these pages should be reverted. I'll see what others think, but current plans are to revert these pages to their original titles, so Mateogala, please don't change any more until a decision has been reached.
