When Bond wakes up after Tracy leaves his gun is missing, and the Casino Chips (or whatever the large rectangular equivalents are called) to pay off what he paid off Tracy's debt are in their place.

Later as he leaves to presumably go golfing, one of Draco's men intercepts him in the lobby and says "Mr. Bond, you have lost something", pointing what must be Bond's gun at Bond.

Therefore the gun that is labeled as belonging to one of Draco's men is really Bond's gun.
