Need help to ID the revolver

I'm sorry, I have some request: may somebody help me to ID this revolver:

The overall shape and half underlug makes me think a S&W. Can't tell if the rod is shrouded or not, but it looks to be about the size of a K-frame. It has the lower profile sight and what looks to be a bull barrel, so if it is a S&W, it's either a Model 10HB or a Model 13 (more likely the former).
