Armor Piercing 9mm rounds
Reading this article got me to thinking again about Armor Piercing 9mm rounds. I'm guessing they're talking about the 7N31 or 7N21 rounds developed in Russia. You can read about it here http://world.guns.ru/smg/smg61-e.htm. Are there any military forces that use this type of ammunition, or is it still in the trial phase, or nobody just uses it? Also, even though yes, it is a 9mm, would it work in any 9mm gun or is there any type of special modifications needed to use the round? Thoughts? --Gunkatas 20:28, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
MAC-10
During the section discussing the MAC-11/9 the author seems to imply that because the weapon is chambered for 9mm it cant be the MAC-10. I am not contesting the author's identification as he gives multiple distingishing features, however his statement "It is even stated that the weapon is a 9mm" does not aid this identification as the MAC-10 has varients chambered for 9mm as well.

In the picture where Mel Gibson is holding a Beretta and his badge, that is most certainly not his normal Beretta. It's definitely a Inox model. Acora 07:24, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
- No way. The end of the gun in that screencap is clearly not stainless. The daylight hitting the rest of the gun makes it look a bit brighter on that particular picture, but it's still his regular Beretta, and not a stainless Inox - It has the proper blued-steel 'black' look in alternate angles during that same sequence. Travis's Model 29 is stainless, shouldn't it be a 629 then? I assumed thats what a 629 is. Same goes for the 586 and 686.
