I examined the screenshot, and it seems to me that the barrel shroud has round Beretta-style holes and flat muzzle, like Pietta Bingham model, while PPSh has elliptical holes and and sloped muzzle. But the drum is fitted below the stock (like early PPD-34 SMG), not inserted into it, which doesn't match both PPSh and Pietta Bingham.
