I do not think this thing is a Smython, as firstly the shape of the cylinder latch is wrong for a Smith, but more definitively the rib on the barrel is wrong for a Python and it looks like it has a 5 round cylinder. Vented rib revolver

Target pistol
The target pistol is probably a TOZ-35. Please see here, it shows almost the same suitcase as on your screenshots. I don’t know much about target pistols, but if you agree you could use below image, which I just uploaded, to create a gun page - PeeWee055 (talk) 15:33, 29 August 2014 (EDT)
