"Type 88"
I don't think it is a Type 88. The only Type 88s around are in North Korea, which I don't think they would be handing out to a film that made it look bad. There are 5.45mm steel magazines for the AK around, like this: http://home.comcast.net/~shooter2_indy/ak74_mag_guide.html So I think it's just a mocked up AK74 to look like a North Korean Type 88.
