The Taking of Pelham One Two Three is a 1974 thriller based on a best selling novel and stars Walter Matthau as a lieutenant of the New York Transit Authority who deals with the hijacking of the subway train designated as "Pelham 123". A remake starring Denzel Washington and directed by Tony Scott was released in 2009.
The following weapons were used in the film The Taking of Pelham One Two Three:
Revolvers
Colt Detective Special
Mr. Green (Martin Balsam) and Mr. Brown (Earl Hindman) each carry a Colt Detective Special while taking over the subway train. Transit Authority Lt. Rico Patrone (Jerry Stiller) also keeps a Detective Special in a holster on his belt.

Smith & Wesson Model 10 Snub

Several NYPD officers surrounding the train in the subway tunnels carry High Standard Model 10B bullpup-style shotguns with carry handles.
Winchester Model 1897
Several NYPD officers surrounding the train in the subway tunnels carry Winchester Model 1897 pump shotguns.
Ithaca 37
An NYPD officer seen near Inspector Daniels at the 28th Street subway station has an Ithaca 37.
Submachine Guns
