The weapons seen in Serenity are:

Taurus Model 85

Mal Reynold's (Nathan Fillion) signature pistol is a Taurus Model 85 revolver completely covered by a brass casting which makes it look like an automatic pistol.

Winchester Model 92 Mare's Leg

Zoe Washburne's (Ginna Torres) signature weapon is a Winchester Model 92 carbine cut down to pistol length and mounted with a "scope" which appears to be an expended rifle casing, similar to the one popularised by Steve McQueen in Wanted: Dead or Alive.

Colt 1911

Throughout the film, Jayne Cobb (Adam Baldwin) carries a Colt 1911 pistol with addititions to the front and rear of the slide to make it look more futuristic.

HK MP5K

Jayne Cobb's other main weapon is an HK MP-5K submachine gun with the front handgrip removed and LED lights added, carried on a chest harness. A similar example is used prominently by Jewel Staite as Kaylee Frye in the final firefight.

M1A1 Carbine

A pair of folded M1A1 Carbines are seen in the gun rack on the back of the "Mule" hovercraft at the beginning of the film.

Vetterli M1869/71

During the payroll robbery scene, a bank clerk is briefly seen carrying a cut-down Swiss Vetterli M1869/71 rifle, identifiable by its spurred trigger guard.

Kenju T-94

During the payroll robbery scene, a customer is seen producing a Japanese T-94 pistol before being sensed by Summer Glau as River Tam and disarmed by Zoe.

Enfield No.2 Mk.I*

During the fight scene in the bar, a patron pulls a heavily-modified Enfield No.2 Mk.I revolver before being subdued by River, who takes it and aims it at Mal. It has the barrel cut back into the frame, a shortened grip, and a number of attachments to the front and rear of the frame.

HK MP5A2

HK MP5A2 submachine guns are carried by several characters throughout the movie, most notably Adam Baldwin as Jayne Cobb while searching Miranda and Sean Maher as Simon Tam during the final firefight. They are modified with scopes, LED lights and large cylindrical muzzles similar to the MP5SD series, but are notably unsuppressed.

Armalite AR-18

An AR-18 modified with a barrel shroud and front sight similar to a MAT-49 submachine gun is carried by Nathan Fillion as Mal at several points in the movie, most notably while searching the abandoned city on Miranda, and before the final firefight.

AK-47

During the final firefight, Adam Baldwin as Jayne Cobb carries a large rifle which appears to be built around a Kalashnikov converted into bullpup configuration. An ACOG scope as well as a large number of parts are attached to disguise it, including what appears to be the water jacket from a Vickers machine gun.

Mateba

Wash's gun (from promotional photos) and used briefly by Jayne during the final battle is a Mateba auto-revolver with LEDs added,
