The following guns were used in the film Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Beretta 92FS
Beretta 92FSs are used several times during the film, they are used by S.T.A.R.S and Umbrella personal such as Peyton Wells (Razaaq Adoti), and Alice (Milla Jovovich) uses one near the end of the film.
Smith & Wesson 5946
Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory) uses a Smith & Wesson 5946 throughout the film. Jill also hands a Smith & Wesson 5946 to Terri Morales (Sandrine Holt) when they enter a school.
Colt Anaconda
When the survivors enter a church to take refuge from the zombies, they find a survivor armed with a Colt Anaconda hiding there. When the survivor is killed by a licker, Jill (Sienna Guillory) uses his gun to shoot at the same licker until it's empty, and then discards it.
Para-Ordinance P14 Limited
Alice (Milla Jovovich) carries almost dual everything after going into a gun store. These weapons include twin Heckler & Koch MP5Ks and twin Para-Ordinance P14s. She uses her P-14s to blow up a motorcycle with a licker on it after coming to the rescue of the other survivors in a church. According to the armorer, they shaved the beaver-tails and cleared up the back edges.
Sig SG 552
A commonly used rifle in the movie, most of the Umbrella "closed helmets" use them, as well as most of the S.T.A.R.S. officers seen in the film.(pics to come)
M4A1
Another commonly used rifle, used primarily by the S.T.A.R.S. They were several officers using this weapon during the shootout with the approaching zombies early on in the film. When L.J. meets the S.T.A.R.S., he is greeted with a few M4A1s to the face.
M60
During the shootout with the overrunning zombies, a S.T.A.R.S. officer can be seen(maybe for a literal second) with an M60, bipods folded. Unknown why a RESCUE service would need such a weapon.
H&K Mp5A3
Another common weapon, most of the S.T.A.R.S. use this weapon.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
In addition to carrying two P14 Limiteds, Alice (Milla Jovovich) also carrys two Heckler & Koch MP5Ks. She most notably uses these weapons to shoot at a licker in the church, and trap it under a crucifix. Milla in the movie behind the scene and unfortunately in the novelization she actually thought they were uzis.
Desert Eagle
Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) uses two Desert Eagles as his sidearms. L.J. (Mike Epps) also carries a pair of Desert Eagles, but his guns are gold plated.
Winchester Model 1300
Alice (Milla Jovovich) grabs a Winchester Model 1300 with an extended magazine tube out of a police car in the abandoned streets in a quick recap of the first film.
Remington 870
A S.T.A.R.S. officer tries to give L.J. (Mike Epps) a Remington 870 when he encounters them in the theater. He declines, showing off his Desert Eagles instead.
Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser"
Alice (Milla Jovovich) carries and uses a Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser" through out the film. She most notably uses this weapon to blow away two lickers in the church.
Accuracy International Artic Warfare L96A1
A S.T.A.R.S sniper uses an Accuracy International Arctic Warfare L96A1 while behind a sign on the roof of a theatre.
IMI Tavor TAR-21
Nicholai Ginovaeff (Zack Ward) is armed with an IMI Tavor CTAR-21 which is the compact version of the TAR-21 which Yuri wields. Yuri Loginova (Stefan Hayes) also uses a Tavor TAR-21.
Micro Galil
Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) uses an Micro Galil as his primary weapon.
Nemesis' Minigun
One of the two weapons The Nemesis uses is a customized Minigun with the six barrels cut short, and an ammo counter on the side of the gun. It may be possible this weapon is an XM214 Microgun with a special stock fitted but nothing has been confirmed yet.
It is a GE mini gun, the only thing that is original is the motor, everthing else was hand and CNC made. The gun was always fired with one hand, it weighed 60 pounds, so it was considered light!
Nemesis' Rocket Launcher
The other weapon The Nemesis uses is an custom prop Rocket launcher. The launcher (like many movie rocket or missle launchers in movies) is a custom prop, designed and built from scratch. Since no rocket launcher in Hollywood actually fires real deadly rockets, the launcher has to only hold the 'flash' launch mechanism that the special effects people/pyrotechnicians require for the shot.
