Smith & Wesson 39

Jake Lo (Brandon Lee) takes away a henchman's Smith & Wesson 39 and uses it briefly in the shootout at Chang's.

Smith & Wesson Model 39-2 with plain hammer - 9x19mm

Taurus PT92AFS

Agents Daniels (Quentin O'Brien) and Anderson (Jeff McCarthy) use stainless, suppressed Taurus PT92AFS pistols to try to kill Jake Lo. Jake later takes Anderson's.

Smith & Wesson 659

In two separate continuity errors, the Taurus PT92AFS's turn into Smith & Wesson 659s.

Smith & Wesson 659 - 9x19mm. This is the Screen used Hero Gun held and fired by "Mister Pink" Steve Buscemi in the film Reservoir Dogs.

Smith & Wesson Model 36

Detective Karla Withers (Kate Hodge) draws a Smith & Wesson Model 36 when she encounters Jake for the first time.

Smith & Wesson Model 36 - .38 Special

Beretta 92F

Beretta 92F pistols are seen at various times.

Beretta 92F - 9x19mm. The cosmetic differences are very slight and hard to see between this gun and the newer 92FS. Most of the changes are the inner workings of the gun.

SIG-Sauer P226

Detective Mace Ryan (Powers Boothe) carries a nickel-plated SIG-Sauer P226 as his service weapon.

A nickel SIG-Sauer P226 pistol chambered in 9x19mm. This is another real movie gun and has been adapted to fire full flash motion picture blanks.

M1911A1

A henchman reaches for a M1911A1 during the restaurant firefight.

World War II issued Colt M1911A1 Pistol - .45 ACP

Submachine Guns

Cobray M11/9

Chang's henchmen carry Cobray M11/9 submachine guns in underarm slings.

SWD M11/9 SMG with folding stock - 9x19mm

Heckler & Koch SP89

Serrano's henchmen carry Heckler & Koch SP89s converted to full auto. Some have MP5K foregrips.

Heckler & Koch SP89 Pistol with factory 15-round magazine - 9x19mm

A "faux" Heckler & Koch MP5K - this is an original SP89 pistol converted to full auto fire by a Class III armorer. Giveaways are the lack of a paddle magazine release. This version was also used in movies between 1989 and the late 1990s when factory original MP5Ks were not available - 9x19mm.

Micro Uzi

Antonio Serrano (Nick Mancuso) uses a two-tone Micro Uzi for part of the film. Jake later takes it away from him.

IMI Micro Uzi with 32 round magazine - 9x19mm

M1928 Thompson

A henchman (Carl Ciarfalio) is armed with an M1928 Thompson submachine gun.

M1928 "Tommy Gun" or "Chicago typewriter" with 50-round drum magazine - .45 ACP, made famous through countless classic gangster movies.

Heckler & Koch MP5

A Heckler & Koch MP5 is briefly seen in the restaurant weapons stash. It is impossible to determine the variant with the information available.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3 with "tropical" (wide) forearm and stock extended - 9x19mm

Heckler & Koch MP5K

A real Heckler & Koch MP5K is briefly seen, but with an SP89 forend.

Heckler & Koch MP5K - version with SEF Plastic Trigger Pack - 9x19mm. This is a very well worn Motion picture weapon

Franchi LAW-12

Detective Ryan (Powers Boothe) uses a Franchi LAW-12 shotgun.

Mossberg 500 Cruiser Mariner

Serrano uses a Mossberg 500 Cruiser Mariner to shoot Chang (Michael Paul Chan).

SWD/Cobray Street Sweeper with short barrel and top folding stock - 12 Gauge. Visible is the Cobray logo on the side, no visible drum advance lever like on the Striker and the recognizable 'key' in the front of the drum for winding up the rotary cylinder.

Rifles

M16A1

Tau's guards are seen with M16A1 rifles.

M16A1 with 20 round magazine - 5.56x45mm. What distinguishes it from the original M16 was the addition of a raised rib around the magazine release button, changing of the forward Receiver pins, and the addition of the forward assist button on the upper receiver.

Norinco Type 56

Tau's guards are seen with Norinco Type 56 rifles as well. PLA troops are seen with them during Jake's Tiananmen Square flashback.
