Prime Suspect was an American detective drama that starred Maria Bello as an NYPD detective whose rough edges clash with the homicide squad she has recently transferred to. The series aired for one season from 2011-2012 on NBC and was a remake of the acclaimed BBC detective drama series that starred Helen Mirren.
