Penicka a Paraplícko (1970)

Penicka a Paraplícko (English: Penicka & Paraplícko) is a Czech black-and-white crime directed by Jirí Sequens from 1970. The story takes place in the 30 of the last century in Prague, where police council Vacátko (Jaroslav Marvan) handling the case unhappily in love safecracker. It all started one morning, when the tenor of music theater discovered the corpse Toufar safecracker, who was wanted for suspicion of robbery in Legiobank. On the advised of police doctor, went inspectors Bouse (Josef Vinklár) and Bruzek (Josef Bláha) heard Toufar´s mistress Anna, nicknamed Paraplícko (Jirina Bohdalová) in the underworld. Another path leads the two detectives to safecracker Pěnička (Radoslav Brzobohatý), with whom she lived Paraplíčko before. He, however, since his release from prison "make goodness" and even has an alibi for murder. Later that evening is Penicka in tavern, where he meets "galleries", accused of the murder. Paraplíčko betray and refuses with him leave from Prague. In his apartment waiting police. Cracksman is the shelter in the attic of building determined to resist to the last bullet.
