Observe and Report (2009)

Observe and Report is a 2009 action comedy starring Seth Rogen as Ronnie, the head of mall security who decides to take steps to becoming an actual police officer following an incident involving a flasher. The film was written and directed by Jody Hill, the co-creator of the HBO series Eastbound & Down.
