A normal M1911A1 is found as well as the custom M1911A1 Big Boss uses in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. A suppressor can be fitted from Rank 2 and 4 onwards for the normal and custom version respectively, further upgrades in the game increases it's durability before it wears out.

This upgrade looks interesting. Note the new hammer, extended slide release and safety levers, grip, the addition of cocking serrations at the front of the slide, plus a different suppressor.

A Makarov PM serves as the most inconspicuous handgun carrying a S rank, increasing camouflage rating compared to other firearms. Zadornov carries one during the comic cutscenes.

The 6P9 PB is a modified Makarov PM that contains an integral suppressor that never wears out during gameplay.
