The Colt M1911A1 returns from the original game. It has a parkerized finish now as opposed to nickel plating from the original.

The snub nose Smith & Wesson Model 10 appears as "Pocket Revolver".

The very anachronistic Colt Python is returns from Mafia III, now called "Service Revolver" and with 4" barrel.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
The Smith & Wesson Model 19 is returns from Mafia III (aka "Alfredsson M200"), now with bright steel finish and called "Magnum Pistol". The most powerful pistol in the game.

The Thompson M1928, a genre classic, returns from the original game. It also features a simplified L-style rear sight, introduced in 1942 for military models.
