Justified is a television crime drama starring Timothy Olyphant as Raylan Givens, a Deputy US Marshal who is transferred back to his hometown of Lexington, Kentucky when his methods of apprehending criminals clashes with his superiors. Upon his return, he finds himself confronting friends and family who now are on both sides of the law. The character is adapted from a series of novels and short stories written by author Elmore Leonard (Hombre and Out of Sight). The series premiered in 2010 in the US on the FX Network.
