Justified was a television crime drama that starred Timothy Olyphant as Raylan Givens, a Deputy US Marshal who is transferred back to his home state of Kentucky when his methods of apprehending criminals clashes with his superiors. Upon his return, he finds himself confronting friends and family who now are on both sides of the law.  Justified was adapted from a short story and a series of novels written by author Elmore Leonard (Hombre, Get Shorty, and Out of Sight). The series, which was created by Graham Yost (Boomtown), premiered in the US on the FX Network and aired for six seasons from 2010 to 2015. Olymphant would reprise his role as Givens in Justified: City Primeval, a limited series which premiered on FX in July of 2023.
SIG-Sauer P226/"Non Gun"
The sidearm in ep 1 used by Deputy US Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) when he shoots Tommy Bucks (Peter Greene) is a 9mm SIG-Sauer P226.  In Season 1's "Fire in the Hole" (S1E1), he is seen pulling it on a fugitive suspect in Miami when he refuses to surrender and tries to shoot Raylan with a gun he had hidden underneath the table.  The SIG he pulls at the beginning appears to be a SIG-Sauer "Non Gun" flashpaper replica.   Later in the episode, Chief Deputy Art Mullen (Nick Searcy) uses a SIG P226 during the gunfight against Crowder's two "fat" Neo Nazi thugs. In later episodes (i.e. "Long in the Tooth" the gun throws some cartridges that look more like .357 SIG, must have upgraded.

**The reason there is a shoulder on the casings is because they are blanks, not actual ammunition. Blanks are the same shape of a regular round of ammunition that is crimped at the top. They are shaped that way so they will feed smoothly.

Glock 26
In episode 2 Marshal Givens is asked to drop both his gun and his backup. If his primary gun is a Glock 17 or 19 it would make sense that his backup is a Glock 26. Then you have mag and ammo compatibility. In a later episode he tells to the judge that he carries a .45 Glock. Just because he says that what he uses doesn't mean the actual gun used is a .45 Glock and his backup being the same caliber.

Glock 17
Raylan Givens sidearm throughout the series is a Glock 17.  Although in one episode, Raylan CLAIMS to be carrying a "GLOCK 45", the weapon he wields on a regular basis (as well as that episode) is most definitely a GLOCK 17 in 9mm.  There is one promotional still of Raylan pointing his GLOCK just to the left side of the frame and the "9x19" can be easily read on the slide.  In one commercial promoting the show, Raylan is hiding around a corner and points his sidearm at the head of Boyd Crowder.  From an enhanced still frame, the slide clearly shows both "17" and "9x19."  Also, the barrel on his fullsize GLOCK is of 9mm diameter, and the grip frame is not large enough to be the GLOCK 21, which is often claimed as a result of Raylan's single reference to his carrying that firearm.  No matter what his claim, the gun physically in his hands is a GLOCK 17.

Colt 1911A1
Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) is also seen armed with a nickel plated Colt M1911A1 later in the premiere episode. A blued 1911 with wood grips is also seen in the episode "The Collection" and is held by Greg Davis.

Bo Crowder (M.C. Gainey) threatens his son Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) with a Smith & Wesson Model 586, after Boyd blew up a truck with an RPG in "Bulletville". Bo Crower later gives the gun to Arlo Givens (Raymond J. Barry ) and is also used later by Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins).

Custom Officers ACP
Raylan Givens carries a Custom Officers ACP after arriving in Kentucky in "Fire in the Hole" (S1E1). The best view of it can be seen when he does a one handed brass check on it in the motel room before leaving to Ava's. It appears to have an added beveled mag well, 3 hole combat trigger and other custom features.

Heckler & Koch USP Compact
In the season 1 finale "Bulletville," One of Bo Crowder's thugs holds a USP Compact on Raylan. When the tables quickly turn, Raylan kills the thug and then uses the pistol akimbo with his Glock to fire at the Miami gun thugs in the woods as he retreats into the cabin with Boyd. He then gives it to Ava in the final gunfight.

Later in the episode Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) takes Dewey's shotgun and fires one round to command Dewey.
