I Am Afraid (Io ho paura) is a 1977 Italian crime thriller directed by Damiano Damiani. Brigadiere (police sergeant) Ludovico Graziano (Gian Maria Volonté) is assigned as a bodyguard for Judge Cancedda who comes across a trail of the ultra-right conspiracy.
The following weapons were used in the film I Am Afraid:
Smith & Wesson Model 36
A snub nose revolver, similar to Smith & Wesson Model 36, is Ludovico Graziano's (Gian Maria Volonté) personal weapon.
Beretta M1951
Various characters are seen with Beretta M1951 pistols.
Wz. 35 Vis
In the opening scene police officer Pastorino (Giuseppe Fazio) fires a pistol that appears to be a Wz. 35 Vis. The hitman in cinema is also armed with a Vis fitted with sound suppressor.
Beretta M12
Beretta M12 submachine guns are used by hitmen in several scenes.
