Hot Shots! Part Deux is the 1993 sequel to 1991's Hot Shots!. While the first film was chiefly a parody of Top Gun, the sequel was mostly a parody of the Rambo films.
The following weapons were used in the film Hot Shots! Part Deux:
Machine Guns
M60E3 Short
Topper Harley (Charlie Sheen) uses a M60E3 in the mission.
Browning AN/M2
Browning AN/M2 are mounted on the Jeeps.
Browning M2HB
On the stern of the PBR is mounted a Browning M2HB.
Dual Browning Anti-Aircraft
On the bow of the PBR is mounted a dual Browning.
Browning M3 Machine Gun
Twin machine gun is mounted on Iraqi boat.
Rifles
M14 Rifle
Williams (Michael Colyar) carries a black M14.
Colt Model 653
A SEAL brandishes Model 653 assault rifle.
Colt M16 (SP1)
Rabinowitz (Ryan Stiles) is seen with an M16 in some moments. (Thanks to Gunmaster45)
MGC M16A1
Rabinowitz (Ryan Stiles) brand an MGC M16 customized with standard flash hider.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch SP89 (Mocked Up as MP5K)
Ramada (Valeria Golino) shoots with an H&K SP89 converted to look like an H&K MP5K.
- It's actually an MP5K, note the SEF trigger group (which can be added to SP89s, but is a pain), the paddle magazine release, the push-pin lower receiver. - Gunmaster45
- Just a note, all of the SP89s converted to auto fire in Cinema Weaponry's inventory all had the SEF lowers installed after the fact by Mike Papac, so now they can't be distinguished from the early SP89 conversions. I have the only un-upgraded SP89 conversion left :) Back to the movie, note that the paddle release is missing, heavily implying that it is a 99% converted SP89. - I have to disagree with you, I can see paddle magazine releases in the images, and you can see the guns have push pin lower receivers. Maybe if they went the extra mile and added the fake paddle magazine releases they could be SP89s, but I think they are actual MP5Ks. - Gunmaster45

Heckler & Koch SP89
Ramada (Valeria Golino) alternates her mocked up H&K SP89 with the real SP89.
Daisy Softair Model 14 MP5K (Mocked Up as MP5K)
Ramada (Valeria Golino) carries a modified Daisy Softair Model 15 MP-5K mocked up as H&K MP5K. The plastic foregrip of this ASG is replaced with the real part. Probably used this model because the real one was too heavy. (Thanks to MoviePropMaster2008)
Heckler & Koch HK94 (Chopped and Converted, Mocked Up as MP5A3)
Commander Arvid Harbinger (Miguel Ferrer) and many other characters brandish H&K HK94s chopped and converted to look like H&K MP5A3. (Thanks to Gunmaster45).
Handguns
Browning Hi-Power
Iraqi soldiers carry Browning HPs with Pachmayr grips in their holsters.
Colt M1911A1
Capt. Benjamin L. Willard (Martin Sheen) gives a thumbs up to his real-life son from the Apocalypse Now PBR. He carries a Colt M1911A1 in his holster.
Beretta 92F
Williams (Michael Colyar) charges his Beretta 92F in the airplane.
Beretta 92F (Mocked Up as 93R)
Saddam (Jerry Haleva) uses two Beretta 92F converted to full-auto and customized with 93R barrels and long mags.
Rifles
AKM
Some Iraqi soldiers use AKMs.
AKMS
Some Iraqi soldiers brand AKMSs.
AKS-47
Col. Denton Walters (Richard Crenna) uses an AKS-47. This weapon is used by many soldiers too.
Colt XM177E2
The Navy SEALs unit carry Colt XM177E2.
Colt XM16E1
One PBR member uses a XM16E1.
Shotguns
Remington 870 Folding Stock
Ramada (Valeria Golino) uses a Remington 870 Folding Stock.
Other
DefTech 37mm Launcher
Col. Denton Walters (Richard Crenna) takes a DefTech 37mm Launcher after he escapes from the prison.
M2 Mortar
Two Iraqi soldiers are seen firing a M2 Mortar.
M203 Grenade Launcher
The SEAL checks his M203 in the first scene.
M203 Grenade Launcher (Fake)
Under Rabinowitz (Ryan Stiles) M16 is mounted a fake M203, which is actually a 39mm pyrotechnic device seen also in Predator and Heartbreak Ridge.
RPG-7
Saddam (Jerry Haleva) tries to kill Topper with an RPG-7. This is probably a copy.
Mk2 Hand Grenade
Topper Harley (Charlie Sheen) removes the ring from a Mk2 Hand Grenade.
Custom Oerlikon 20mm Cannon
The Iraqi Navy Officer aims a Oerlikon 20mm Cannon with an unusual hollywood modification.
M-47 Dragon Anti-Tank Guided Missile Launcher
We see a stripped down M-47 Dragon Anti-Tank Guided Missile Launcher, missing the optical sight and mounting bracket for the bipod. It would not be used as a plain shoulder fired launcher with no other means of support.
RPG-2 (Mockup)
The Iraqi sailor shoots with a fake missile built to look like an RPG-2.
