The M1911A1 is used by a robber holding up a couple in a deserted road in "A Dark Knight: Pax Penguina" (S4E01).

The Smith & Wesson SW1911 SC "E Series" is used by Detective Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) as his sidearm again in the season.

SIG-Sauer GSR

The dual SIG-Sauer GSRs are used by Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) again in the season as his main sidearms.

SIG-Sauer P226R

The SIG-Sauer P226R is used by Gotham City Corrections officers. Alfred and Jim take them from League of Assassin soldiers posing as GCC officers in "A Dark Knight: The Blade's Path" (S4E05).

A Colt Python is seen in "A Dark Knight: Pax Penguina" (S4E01) with a robber. Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) uses it when confronting the Penguin at the end of "A Dark Knight: The Demon's Head".

Ithaca 37

An Ithaca 37 is seen with a masked robber and later on, by Merton (Michael Buscemi) while the Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" is used by Grady Davis (Michael Maize) in "A Dark Knight: Pax Penguina" (S4E01). Jim uses it while he inspect Arkham Asylum by himself since majority of the GCPD refuse to go and give him backup.
