The M1911A1 is used by a robber holding up a couple in a deserted road in "A Dark Knight: Pax Penguina" (S4E01). A stainless version is used by one of the Penguin's men in "A Dark Knight: A Day in the Narrows".

The SIG-Sauer P226R is used by Gotham City Corrections officers. Alfred and Jim take them from League of Assassin soldiers posing as GCC officers in "A Dark Knight: The Blade's Path" (S4E05).

Jim uses it while he inspect Arkham Asylum by himself since majority of the GCPD refuse to go and give him backup.

Mr. Freeze uses the same freeze gun back from the previous season. The front end suggests the gun is a modified Kel-Tec KSG.

Firefly has a flamethrower with a fuel tank strapped on her back as her main weapon.
