Nice, but where's the trigger?

Pistols

SIG P210

In The Seeds of Doom, Scorby (John Challis) carries what appears to be a SIG P210 as his primary sidearm. He uses it throughout the serial and it even briefly winds up in the hands of the Doctor (Tom Baker) before being reclaimed by Scorby, although the Doctor never uses it.

Whilst hiding from Chase's guards, Sarah reminds the Doctor he'd never actually use the gun. "They don't know that," he replies.

Walther PPK

In The Seeds of Doom, Scorby (John Challis) keeps a Walther PPK as his backup pistol in the antarctic base. He gives it to Arnold Keeler (Mark Jones). Later in the serial, a killer disguised as a chauffeur pulls a Walther on the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith.

Browning Hi-Power

Richard Dunbar (Kenneth Gilbert) carries what appears to be a Browning Hi-Power with him when he infiltrates Chase's mansion and encounters the Krynoid.

Walther P38

In the serial City of Death, the Walther P38 is the primary firearm used by almost every single gun-wielding character. Detective Duggan (Tom Chadbon) holds one on the Doctor, thugs in the employ of Count Scarlioni (Julian Glover) including Scarlioni butler Hermann (Kevin Flood) and ultimately Scarlioni himself, all use P38's.

"What bracelet?" The Doctor is held at gunpoint by Scarlioni's thugs, sent to retrieve his wife's bracelet which the Doctor stole.
The Doctor returns the bracelet... by hanging it on the barrel of a thug's P38.

Submachine Guns

IMI Uzi

In The Seeds of Doom the guards at Harrison Chase's country estate all carry Uzis with shoulder straps and the stocks extended. Scorby (John Challis) also carries one in some scenes.

Rifles

FN FAL

In The Seeds of Doom, an FN FAL is used by the scientists at the antarctic base, but is sabotaged by Scorby. Later, UNIT soldiers carry FN FAL rifles as their primary firearms during their fight against the Krynoid.

Fictional Firearms

UNIT Laser Gun

During their attack on Chase's mansion in The Seeds of Doom, UNIT soldiers employ an experimental "laser" weapon against the giant Krynoid to no noticeable effect.
