Castle was an American mystery crime series that starred Nathan Fillion as Richard Castle, a bestselling crime novelist who assists NYPD Detective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) in solving crimes throughout the city. The series premiered in the US on the ABC in 2009 and ran for 8 seasons until 2016.
