Special Agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) can be seen carrying a SIG-Sauer P226R as his sidearm with Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) using it on occasions. A NYPD bomb disposal officer (Mickey Solis) is also seen with one in "Pilot" (S01E01). Ex-Central Intelligence Agency intelligence asset Dodi Khalil (Ayman Samman) before Jane takes it from him. The Glock 17 is seen with FBI agents as their main sidearm. Jane Doe uses one in the show after she starts to help out the CIRG. A Draclyn militiaman uses it in a hostage situation near the end of "Sent on Tour" (S01E07).

A Glock 19 is used by NYPD officers as their main sidearm. One is used by USAF Major Robert Gibson (Robert Eli) as his sidearm briefly in "A Stray Howl" (S01E02). FBI Assistant Director Bethany Mayfair (Marianne Jean-Baptiste) uses one as her main sidearm.
IMI Jericho 941
Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) is seen firing a stainless IMI Jericho 941 during a black and white flashback in "Pilot" (S01E01).
M1911A1
A stainless M1911A1 was used by a Dabbur Zann terrorist during a black site raid in "Split the Law" (S01E05). A non-stainless version was seen in the waistband of Russian Petrovich enforcer Misha Volkov (Christos Vasilopoulos) in "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).

An AKU-94 was used by a Petrovich enforcer during a shootout with the CIRG team near the end of "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).

Colt LE Carbine
A Colt LE Carbine was used by Major Gibson as his main weapon near the end of "A Stray Howl" (S01E02). Weller and Reade later use them near the end of "Split the Law" (S01E05) and later on by Zapata in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07) after Jane finds them in a covert arms cache.
Colt M16A4
A Colt M16A4 is used by a Petrovich enforcer near the end of "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 is used in the season by American military and law enforcement personnel. Special Agents Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) and Edgar Reade (Rob Brown) are seen carrying suppressed M4A1s in "Pilot" (S01E01). A few Dabbur Zann terrorists use suppressed M4A1s in a gunfight near the end of "Split the Law" (S01E05).
Colt Model 933
Zapata is seen carrying what appears to be a Colt Model 933 in "Pilot" (S01E01). Jane uses one taken from an arms cache throughout "Sent on Tour" (S01E07).
Ruger Mini-14F
A Ruger Mini-14F is seen with a Dracyln militiaman in a gunfight in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07).
SIG P556 SWAT / SG 550 hybrid
A SIG P556 SWAT assault rifle is used by two Dabbur Zann terrorists in a shootout near the end of "Split the Law" (S01E05).
Kel-Tec RFB
A Kel-Tec RFB is used by a Petrovich enforcer near the end of "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).
M14
A M14 is used by a Draclyn militiaman in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07).
Shotguns
Ithaca 37 "Stakeout"
An Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" shotgun was used by a Dabbur Zann terrorist in a rescue mission on a CIA black site in "Split the Law" (S01E05).
Remington 870
A Remington 870 in a MCS configuration was used briefly by Casey Robek at the start of "Eight Slim Grims" (S01E03) during a jewel store robbery. They are seen in "Sent on Tour" (S01E07) with Draclyn anti-government militiamen and with the town sheriff in wood and synthetic furniture.
Sniper Rifles
Remington 700
A few Remington 700s are used by Draclyn militiamen throughout "Sent on Tour".
Grenades
M26 hand grenade
A M26 hand grenade was used by a Petrovich mafiya enforcer, but not detonated in "Cede your Soul" (S01E06) before it was later used to destroy a fleeing truck used by the group.
M69 hand grenade
What appears to be a M69 hand grenade is seen in the tac vest of a Petrovich mafiya enforcer in "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).
M84 stun grenade
A M84 stun grenade is used by Officer Dunn in "Persecute Envoys" (S01E08) after getting into a shootout with Weller and Jane.
Others
RPG-7
RPG-7s were seized by Petrovich enforcers from an unmarked Department of Homeland Security truck near the end of "Cede your Soul" (S01E06).
Small Arms Arsenal
A variety of small arms are shown to Jane Doe by Special Agent Weller at the start of "A Stray Howl" (S01E02).
