Benelli M3 Super 90

Blade's (Wesley Snipes) shotgun in the film is a Benelli M3 Super 90 with a pistol grip modified to fire silver stakes, as well as normal ammunition.

Note: the weapon in the screenshots is NOT a Benelli M3, but more likely a Mossberg 590.

MAC-10

Blade's (Wesley Snipes) machine pistol is a modified MAC-10. Several vampires can also been seen wielding normal MAC-10s.

The vampire disk jockey uses an unmodified MAC-10 to fire at Blade (Wesley Snipes) before being killed.

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS is seen several time during this film. First by a female in the nightclub at the beginning of the film, by a hospital security guard, by Officer Krieger (Kevin Patrick Walls) to threaten Dr. Karen Jenson (N'Bushe Wright), and finally seen in a vampires hands later in the film.

Colt Python

When Blade (Wesley Snipes) goes to the hospital to finish off Quinn (Donal Logue), several hospital security guards fire at him, one having a Colt Python.

Heckler & Koch HK53

When Blade (Wesley Snipes) escapes the hospital with Karen Jenson (N'Bushe Wright), a SWAT officer fires at him with H&K HK53, the 5.56 variant of the MP5 from a window, but misses. Several vampires are also seen wielding these weapons.

Glock 26

Blade (Wesley Snipes) hands a Glock 26 loaded with silver hollow point bullets to Karen (N'Bushe Wright) to defend herself. She also uses this gun at another point in the film to shoot at one of the vampires Deacon Frost (Stephen Dorff) sends just before she and Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) are captured.

When Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) rescues Blade (Wesley Snipes), and Karen (N'Bushe Wright) in the vampire library, he is seen using an H&K MP5SD to mow down several vampires.
