Since this film was shot in Bulgaria, we see many Eastern European weapons.  The fake MP5 used by Lt. James and in the hands of a few SEAL members near the end of the film is actually a mocked up PPS-43, chambered in 7.25 Tokarev, which explains the magazine that is slightly too fat to be 9x19mm.
  
In fact, i think is a converted HK94, take a careful look at the MP5's muzzle and you will find it is not the same as a regular MP5

Norinco Type 56-1

The Paratrooper version of the AK-47 can be seen in the hands of many SEAL team members. Perhaps so they can use Ammo from the North Korean AKs

Take a look at the AKS-47 and you will notice that two of the SEAL's AK's are in fact chinese AK'S ( noted by the hooded sight in some scenes.
