Back to the Future Part II is the 1989 sequel to Back to the Future. The sequel follows Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) as he travels to 2015 with Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) to prevent a disastrous event from devastating the lives of his future children. However, certain events cause his own timeline to be altered radically. This movie was filmed back-to-back with 1990's Back to the Future Part III.

The following weapons were used in the film Back to the Future Part II:

Handguns

Smith & Wesson Model 60

In the Alternate 1985, Biff Tannen (Thomas F. Wilson) pulls a Smith & Wesson Model 60 with 2 1/8" barrel and rubber grips on Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) after explaining how he came to be so rich. He fires it at Marty several times in his suite, but does not score a hit. Biff then corners Marty on the roof with the Model 60, stating he was the one who killed his father, with the same Model 60 - "Two McFlys with the Same Gun," he says. He aims it at Marty but doesn't get a chance to finish the job as Marty jumps off the roof of the building and Biff is then knocked unconscious with the door of the DeLorean when he goes to see what happened.

Smith & Wesson Model 36

A nickel Smith & Wesson Model 36 is pulled by Biff's friend "3-D" (Casey Siemaszko) .

Smith & Wesson Model 36, nickel plated - .38 Special. This model is often confused with the similar looking Smith & Wesson Model 60, which is a fully stainless steel gun.
3-D's S&W is briefly seen as the goons round the corner in pursuit of Marty.
3-D's snub-nosed S&W is better seen here, if a bit blurry.

Colt M1911A1

Biff's friends "Match" (Billy Zane) and "Skinhead" (J.J. Cohen) both carry M1911A1 variants in the alternate 1985. Skinhead's is black and not well seen.

M1911A1 - .45 ACP.
Skinhead (J.J. Cohen) pulls his automatic from a shoulder holster.

The only other good view of Skinhead's automatic is when the goons run downstairs.
Match's automatic is seen as the goons enter the stairwell.
A good shot of Match's automatic as the goons run down the stairs.

Colt Single Action Army

In the alternate 1985, Marty watches a promotional film that shows an ancestor of Biff named "Mad Dog" holding a Single Action Army.
